PURCHASING

All artwork dimensions refer to the unframed size. For framing enquiries, please contact us directly.

Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent with order details.

A dispatch date will follow once the work is ready to ship. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information to ensure successful delivery.

All prices are listed in pounds sterling (£GBP), and payment must be made in sterling.

DELIVERY

Payment must be received in full before dispatch. Customers will be notified by email once their order has been shipped.

shipping Delivery costs are specified at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes. If a package is refused at delivery, all related costs (duties, taxes, shipping) will be deducted from the return.

Original artworks A signature will be required upon delivery.

Specialist couriers For larger or high-value works, Afsheen will arrange delivery directly with the customer.

CANCELLATION

If a customer wishes to cancel an order, they must notify Afsheen within 7 days of receiving the artwork. Please note that commissions artworks and FINE-ART PRINTS cannot be cancelled or refunded once PRODUCTION HAS STARTED.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Afsheen hopes every collector is delighted with their purchase.

However, if for any reason a customer is not entirely satisfied, a full refund will be offered provided that:

  • The artwork is returned in its original condition, securely packaged, within 7 days of receipt.

  • Returns are sent via tracked delivery.

  • Commissioned ARTWORKS or FINE-ART PRINTS are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 30 days of receiving the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
