1. WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

All original artworks are shipped directly from the United Kingdom. Fine-art prints are produced to order through Afsheen’s trusted print partners, ensuring museum-quality standards WORLDWIDE.

2. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes — international shipping is available for both originals and prints. Customers outside the UK are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applied by their local authorities.

3. HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the artwork’s size, weight, and delivery destination. For larger or high-value pieces, Afsheen may arrange delivery via a specialist courier and confirm details with you directly before dispatch.

4. How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times vary slightly depending on the type of work:

Original paintings: typically dispatched within 5–10 working days once payment is received.

Fine-art prints: made to order and usually dispatched within 7–14 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another once it’s shipped, including tracking details.

5. Do you offer framing?

All listed dimensions refer to unframed artwork sizes. If you’d like to discuss framing options, please contact Afsheen directly before placing your order. Framed works may require additional time and delivery arrangements.

6. Will I need to sign for delivery?

Yes. Original artworks are shipped via tracked, insured courier and require a signature upon delivery. Prints may be delivered without a signature depending on the courier service and destination.

7. Can I cancel or change my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving the artwork. Please note that commissioned artworks and personalised fine-art prints cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started.

8. What if my order arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event your artwork arrives damaged, please email hello@afsheennasir.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the packaging and item. Afsheen will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

9. Can I return an artwork?

Yes, returns are accepted on eligible items if: The artwork is returned in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt. It’s returned via a tracked and insured delivery service.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 30 days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.

10. Are all artworks original?

Yes — all pieces marked as originals are one-of-a-kind paintings by Afsheen Nasir. Fine-art prints are premium giclée reproductions printed on Hahnemühle German Etching paper, known for its beautiful texture, depth, and archival quality. Each print is carefully colour-matched to the original artwork and available in limited or open editions as stated.
